Signing off an assessment

Signing off an assessment is the close of a facilitated session: each worker signs their declaration, then you sign each one individually to impart the qualification. It is the digital equivalent of signing every workbook, and it produces the training record.

This guide covers:

  • Reaching the final lesson, where each worker signs a declaration that it was genuinely them
  • Confirming the assessment locks for a worker once they sign
  • Signing each worker’s assessment individually from your own login
  • Imparting the pass as a training record, dated to the session, on completion

Sign each one off and the qualification reaches the worker’s profile as evidenced compliance.

💡 Power User Insight: The training record lands only when you sign a worker’s assessment to complete it. A worker signing their own declaration locks their assessment but does not, on its own, create the record.
