Scheduling a report

Scheduling a report has GSA run it automatically — weekly, monthly or on your timing — and email the result, using the same filters as an on-demand run. The chasing happens without anyone remembering to pull it.

This guide covers:

  • Setting the timing and saving the filter set the schedule runs on
  • Choosing recipients: a fixed list, each affected worker, or the responsible person per group
  • Keeping windows relative with the date-offset option, so “last 30 days” stays current each run
  • Picking the delivery format and wording the accompanying message

Set it once and the report lands in the right inboxes on every cycle.

💡 Power User Insight: Scheduling is an admin capability — employer admins run reports ad-hoc but cannot create schedules. The date-offset keeps a rolling window true to each run rather than a fixed date.
