Booking a worker into an event puts them on a session’s attendee list against enforced capacity. It fills the schedule through onboarding and direct admin action, so seats go to approved workers and nowhere else.
This guide covers:
- Booking through the preferred-induction-date step in onboarding, usually done by the employer admin
- Adding attendees directly as an administrator when needed
- Booking against an assessment event, where each attendee receives an assessment to complete
- Checking that the worker’s profile for the site is approved before any seat is taken
Book from the live, capacity-checked list and the session fills with people cleared to be there.
💡 Power User Insight: At the onboarding step both the first and second preference become real bookings against capacity. The second is not a standby that activates only if the first falls through, so clear any preference you don’t intend to keep.
