Site access reports

Site access reports turn recorded swipes into the gate picture you need for audits and investigations — hours on site, access events, roster exceptions and fatigue exceedances. They read the same swipe records the live dashboards run on.

This guide covers:

  • Reviewing swipe hours by person or by employer over a chosen period
  • Listing access events — the swipes that failed at the gate
  • Checking the roster-exception report for who was expected but did not swipe in
  • Reporting fatigue exceedances against recorded hours

Run them on demand or schedule them, and you hold a swipe history you can stand behind.

💡 Power User Insight: These reports draw on swipes flowing back from WinDsx. A Gallagher-integrated site provisions cards but feeds no swipes back, so the presence, fatigue and exposure-hours reports do not apply there.
