Agreeing to declarations and site rules

Declarations and site rules are the statements a worker must agree to before proceeding — truthfulness, expected conduct, and the terms of taking part. The site sets the exact wording of each per workflow.

This guide covers:

  • Agreeing the declaration on truthfulness and the consequences of falsifying information
  • Accepting the standards of behaviour, including drug-and-alcohol and incident-reporting obligations
  • Accepting the terms and conditions — attendance, confidentiality, PPE and fitness for work
  • Recording each agreement against the worker’s record

Every agreement is dated against the worker, so the site can show what each person accepted.

💡 Power User Insight: Agreement is all-or-nothing — there’s no partial path. One audit caveat: if you edit a statement’s wording later, earlier agreements show against the current text, since the exact wording accepted at the time isn’t preserved separately.
