Recording emergency contacts

Emergency contacts record who to call if something happens to the worker on site. The primary contact is required, and the details are held where site staff can reach them quickly.

This guide covers:

  • Entering the primary next-of-kin name and relationship, both required
  • Adding their contact numbers and address
  • Recording an optional second contact as a fallback
  • Capturing an optional non-emergency contact, such as a family doctor

Capture accountable emergency contact data up front and the site has it ready for any incident.

💡 Power User Insight: The second contact is fully independent of the primary and used only if the primary can’t be reached. Emergency contacts flow to your connected safety and access systems as they’re saved, not held back to approval.
